Overview of Camp Schedules

All activities are well-planned and highly organized, with age-appropriate fun for every camper. We blend play at home base, neighborhood field trips, and unique, themed activities so there’s something for everyone every day.

  • Themed activities: Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes per day dedicated to the weekly theme (e.g., Lego building, pickleball, pottery)
  • Field Trips and Adventures: Much of each day is spent enjoying the sunshine on our home base or venturing off to various activities around Salt Lake.

Field Trip Activities

Camp ICS (3rd - 6th Grade)

Campers entering 3rd through 6th grade enjoy the opportunity to explore bigger, more unique destinations throughout the week. These older age groups travel to exciting locations nearly every day, including:

  • Monday - Local Park
  • Tuesday - Classic Fun Center
  • Wednesday - Urban Air Adventure Park
  • Thursday - Altitude Trampoline Park
  • Friday - On campus Movie

Camp ICS Jr. (Ages 4 to those Entering 2nd Grade)

The younger age groups have a slightly different structure: They enjoy no shortage of summer fun, with most of the adventures happening closer to home base, playtime and water play on campus, close local parks and they participate in one major field trip per week. Afternoons consist of nap time, for PK and K or restime for 1st and 2nd graders, followed by theme time. Daily adventures for Camp ICS Jr includes:

  • Monday - Black Top Play (Bikes, Scooters, Etc)
  • Tuesday - Local Park
  • Wednesday - Unique Weekly Field Trip
    • Unique Field Trips may include: Local Museum’s, Uptown Jungle, Thanksgiving Point, Tracy Aviary, and more.
  • Thursday - Local Park
  • Friday - Water Day

Before & Aftercare

Camp ICS is designed with busy parents in mind, so we offer before and after-care options, allowing parents to drop off their camper as early as 8:00 AM and pick them up as late as 5:30 PM. Beforecare is completely free, though aftercare requires an additional cost.

In before-care, campers are supervised as they enjoy time in the gymnasium with a variety of activities such as games, reading, and free play. In after-care, campers have similar opportunities to play outside and unwind after a full day, with engaging options like group games, board games, creative projects, and relaxed reading time, along with a snack to help them recharge.
